Role of Egg and Oil in Garbhsrava

Abstract

Miscarriage is a burning problem now-a-days including many causes. Most important cause is antiphospholipid antibody. For suppression of antiphospholipid antibody, combination of egg, soyabean and glycerin emulsion called intralipids is infused in suffering ladies. Repeated garbhsrava occurs in yonivyapada of putraghni and andaghni in jatiharini. In ayurveda there is use of raw egg in garbhsrav. The principle is on the basis of samanya vishesh in relation to guna of aushadhi and inside body. Use of Snehan (oil) externally and internally in the form of basti helps the baby growth in IU.
