Infertility-Psychosomatic Aspect
Abstract
We are in the 21st century and the society is now facing a stressful situation. As a result we need to face many problems like physical and mental ailments. Psychological distress is generally recognized as a contributing factor to infertility. Ayurveda reiterated that human being is a psychosomatic unit, so to establish fertility, healthy mind and body are necessary. Out of total presentations, female infertility of idiopathic origin accounts for around 15%. Usages of psychotropic drugs with Yoga will be helpful for prevention and treatment of stress and psychosomatic disorders which will definitely show a pathway to clinician and researcher to face the Infertility like condition.
