Migraine: A Blissful Way Through Ayurveda
Abstract
Migraine is the widespread chromic and intermittently disabling disorder characterised by recurrent headache. It is commonest clinical disorder found in daily practice. Headache develops unacceptable side effect or the reluctant to take medications, as a result many patients. So, we elaborate lifestyle modification nutrition, exercise, yoga, meditation, massage, nutrition for migraine and symptomatic relief. These factors can be beneficial in reducing the symptom of migraine. So, in order to treat this disease in proper way according to sutras of samhitas prime importance should be given to exercise, yoga, meditation massage and balanced diet.
